Set in a football-obsessed Texas town where Friday nights define identity, FLAG! follows Riley Carter, a determined high school junior who dares to challenge tradition by pursuing her dream of playing football. When the school board shuts her down, Riley pivots—launching the school’s first-ever girls flag football team. With the reluctant support of her theater teacher-turned-coach, Ms. Tate, and a wildly mismatched group of teammates, Riley must navigate skepticism, small-town politics, and her own complicated grief after the loss of her mother. What begins as a loophole becomes something much bigger: a test of resilience, leadership, and belief.
