Welcome to Dramallama, a dba of The Licensing House. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are an agreement between you (“User”) and The Licensing House, LLC (“Dramallama,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Overview of Service
Dramallama provides subscription-based access to educational and theatrical resources, including scripts, production tools, and other content (collectively, “Content”). Access to Content is available via our website and other supported platforms (“Service”). Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2. Membership and Eligibility
2.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans, which may have unique conditions and limitations. Specific details about your subscription, including fees and features, are available on your account dashboard.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe. Minors may use the Service only with the supervision of an adult account holder.
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse.
3. Fees and Billing
3.1 Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis annually using the payment method on file. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription before the billing date.
3.3 Payment Failures
If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription after repeated payment failures.
3.4 Changes to Fees
We may adjust subscription fees and will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Customer Service team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods.
4.2 Promotional Offers
Promotional subscriptions are subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise. If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription after a trial period, you must cancel before the trial ends.
5. Use of Service
5.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
- Sharing your subscription or account access outside your organization.
- Circumventing technical measures protecting Content or the Service.
- Using automated tools to access the Service or Content.
5.3 Content Availability
Content availability is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of specific Content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content is owned by Dramallama and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without explicit authorization. Unauthorized use of Content may result in legal action.
7. Termination
If you terminate your subscription before your scheduled performances of a Dramallama Content (show), performances of Dramallama content are then considered unlicensed and must be cancelled as well. This applies to whether the termination is by you or us.
7.1 By You
You may terminate your subscription by canceling through your account or contacting us. Access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.
7.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. If we terminate for cause, no refund will be provided. If terminated without cause, we may provide a prorated refund.
8. Disputes and Liability
By subscribing to Dramallama, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dramallama against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Dramallama content including but not limited to intellectual property rights and any claims arising from your use, distribution, or modification of the Dramallama content.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
Dramallama’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waivers apply.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may cancel your subscription if you disagree with the changes.
9.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dramallama regarding your use of the Service.

10. Rights Granted/Rights Reserved/Copyright Requirements
You agree that any changes, addition, omission, interpolation, or alteration of the Play shall become the owned Intellectual Property of The Licensing House LLC dba Dramallama. You may not make any changes, additions, omissions, interpolation, or alteration that violates any laws, rights, or is of any violation of moral turpitude. Any such violation will be grounds for termination of your account, and Dramallama reserves the right for legal remedy.
11. Performance Terms and Conditions
11.1 Payment
Dramallama must receive payment in full (for school and government agencies, a signed, authorized institutional purchase order is acceptable) prior to your first performance; or within 30 days of the date of subscription, otherwise, this subscription shall automatically terminate.
11.2 Non-Transferability
Under no conditions can this Subscription, which includes License Agreements for titles in the Dramallama catalog and/or the Performance Materials, be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred to any other person, corporation, or entity. Your subscription and License Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto and shall be governed by the Laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute arising out of or under this License agreement shall be litigated only in the courts of the State of New Jersey and in no other forum.
11.3 Compliance
The rights granted herein are conditioned upon your fulfillment of all obligations set forth in this subscription, including the timely payment of all subscription fees in U.S. funds when due.
11.4 Default and Remedies
If you default in the execution of any of the terms of this Subscription, then in addition to any and all other remedies which Dramallama might have at law, you agree that Dramallama shall have the right to a preliminary injunction to enjoin further performance of the Play. You agree to reimburse Dramallama for any expenses incurred by us in enforcing our rights herein, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, telephone, fax, courier, and postage charges and collection expenses. You warrant and represent that the information you have provided Dramallama both orally and in writing is accurate and correct, and you agree that in the event such information proves to be false or incorrect, or if you fail to fulfill or comply with any of the obligations, terms, or conditions set forth herein, then your subscription shall automatically terminate, but you shall nevertheless remain liable for any payments which may be due Dramallama hereunder and all of our rights and remedies against you shall be preserved.
11.5 Reservation of Rights
All rights in and to the Play other than those specifically licensed to you under the terms of this Subscription are reserved to Dramallama, with the unrestricted right on the part of Dramallama to use, exploit, or dispose of any of them at any time, whether or not the exercise of such rights may be in competition with the rights granted to you in this License Agreement.
11.6 Indemnification
You hereby indemnify Dramallama from and against any claim arising out of the breach or alleged breach by you of any of your representations, warranties, or agreements and terms herein.
12. Performance Materials
We make no representation as to the adequacy, suitability, and/or condition of the performance materials.
You understand that the performance materials cannot be used for any purpose other than as stated in this License Agreement and that you and/or anyone connected with your organization may not copy, reproduce, sell, electronically store, or post to the Internet or otherwise distribute such performance materials except for the intended use of licensed productions.
The performance materials are the ONLY acting edition authorized by Dramallama.
