What you get
Three pieces that work together
Use the Workbook to decide and the Field Guide to execute. The kit does the paperwork.
The Field Guide
54 pages. One chapter for each folder of the kit: what’s in it, the workflow as a diagram, a numbered walkthrough with time estimates, and what to do when it goes sideways.
Read it first
The Workbook
The write-in planner where you make the decisions: which methods to run, what the season costs, and what your goal really is.
Plan the season
The Fundraising Kit
68 editable Word and Excel files and 16 quick-start PDF guides, in ten numbered folders. One master checklist fills in your program’s details across every file.
Do the work
The kit, folder by folder
Eight ways to raise money, one plan
Ten folders: one to start, eight fundraising methods and one for the budget. You don’t run all eight. The Method Selection Guide helps you pick the two or three that fit your program.
Start Here
Your first hour with the kit: the money question, the method decision, and the one checklist that customizes all 68 files.
Program Ads
Ten files that turn your show program into ad inventory: a rate card, the asks, the order form, and a tracker that does the math.
Sponsorships
Turn a local business into a season partner: tiers they understand, an ask they can say yes to, and an agreement that protects you both.
Donors
Ask the people who already love these kids: one honest appeal, one reminder, thank-yous that ship fast and recognition that makes givers feel seen.
Concessions
The lobby is a tiny business: five items, honest margins, volunteers who know their shift, and cash counted twice.
Crowdfunding
A one-week online campaign for a specific, photogenic need: the right platform, a story strangers fund, and a calendar that keeps you talking.
Grants
The slow money: a pipeline that finds local funders, a boilerplate library you write once, a budget that adds up and a deadline tracker.
Event Fundraisers
Three events: a cabaret night where the cast is the draw, a 50/50 raffle, and a spirit-wear window with zero inventory risk.
Booster Club
Turn interested parents into a working crew: a first meeting that ends with jobs claimed, forty-minute agendas and clean money handling.
Budgeting & Calendar
Six workbooks for the whole season: what the show costs, when cash runs low, every deadline, and one dashboard that answers “how are we doing?”
Inside every chapter
The colleague standing next to you
The folder at a glance
Every file, its code, its format, and when you’d reach for it.
The workflow
The whole motion as one diagram, so you see where each file sits.
The walkthrough
Numbered steps with time estimates, from first open to money in hand.
File cards
A closer look at the files that carry the most weight.
When it goes sideways
The problems that actually happen, each with its fix.
Done when
A short checklist that tells you the section is truly finished.

Quick answers
Questions teachers ask
Do I have to run all eight methods?
No. Start with Chapter 0. The Method Selection Guide helps you choose the two or three methods that fit your program, and you read only those chapters.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. The letters, forms and agreements are Word files and the trackers and budgets are Excel workbooks. The Master Customization Checklist fills in the details that repeat across every file.
Does it cover district rules and money handling?
It flags them. The Money Decision Aid helps you settle where fundraising money lives, and steps that depend on your district are marked Verify locally. Check those with your school before you start.
Are the prices in the examples real?
No. Westbrook High School Theatre, used in examples throughout, is fictional. Its prices are illustrations, never benchmarks.
I have a Dramallama plan. Do I need to buy this?
No. Every One-Act Flex, Llama and Dramallama U plan includes the whole Teacher Toolkit. Log in and the download buttons appear at the top of this page. Solo plans don’t include it.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Choose Purchase order at checkout and we email you an invoice. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders download right away.
