The story

It seemed to have a happy ending, didn’t it? Well, turns out that Ebeneezer Scrooge’s 180 had dramatic consequences. He became a total pushover and he once again gets visited by three spirits a year later to reign him in a little bit and remind him about the importance of boundaries and balance.

Producing it

Cast13 actors, and the ensemble can grow as large as you like. As written, 7 female and 6 male roles. You can change lines, roles and genders to fit your students.

SetSplit stage: office and home; street and Cratchit home suggested.

TechPlan for clock chimes, an offstage ghost voice, big light and sound cues for each spirit entrance, party music, Victorian costumes, a pile of party mess, and a prop duck.

For your scene-stealersA comic Scrooge who is almost always on stage, three scene-stealing spirits, a botched ghost entrance, and a full-party dance number that can include any size ensemble.
