B.D. Samuels is a theatre educator and playwright born in Los Angeles and based in Brooklyn. His debut play, Late Bus, has been produced by high schools all over the country from California to Florida, South Dakota to New Mexico. His short plays The Lonely Lighthouse and The Town That Time Forgot were developed with The Licensing House. When he’s not at his desk, in the classroom, or celebrating his Heavyweight Title in Zip-Zap-Zop, he can be found reading, playing rec sports, and wondering what the universe is expanding into. He’s proud to work alongside Dramallama to uplift and give voice to educational theatre around the world.
